If found this video on fresh creation this sums up how I often feel about the work environment.  I often get frustrated that I can't create the best work I can while I'm at work because I'm constantly being encouraged to shortcuts to save time and money and that forces me to rely on generic solutions to problems.  What also appealed was that the heart looks a oddly familiar.
